Home to premier higher education campuses, major medical centers, and vibrant shopping, our village balances bustling convenience with quiet, forested residential neighborhoods and miles of shaded pathways. College Park covers three primary residential neighborhoods in the Woodlands:

Harper’s Landing

Grogan’s Forest

Windsor Hills & Lakes

We also have over 5 parks and pools for our residents and visitors to enjoy:

College Park is also home to several major retailers and restaurants, including (but not limited to):

  • Costco Wholesale

  • Walmart

Last but certainly not least, we are home to outstanding education and institutions including Lone Star Community College Montgomery, St. Luke’s Hospital, and Texas Children’s Hospital.

We are proud to be a diverse community, offering a mix of residential neighborhoods, parks, schools and easy access to shopping and medical facilities.

The College Park Village Association (CPVA)

The College Park Village Association is a nonprofit, resident-led organization dedicated to fostering community spirit and enhancing the quality of life in the Village of College Park.

CPVA acts as the liaison between the community in College Park, the Woodlands Township, and the surrounding governing bodies and organizations that support the area.

The College Park Village Association supports local education through scholarships and grants, and organizes popular community events including Poolooza, Spooktacular, Neighborhood competitions, and more.

The College Park Village Association holds monthly meetings to discuss community matters and plan events on the third Monday of each month at 6 p.m. at The Woodlands Township Building. All College Park Village residents are encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings.
