We are a neighborhood of physicians and pilots, scientists and school teachers, corporate workers and independents.  We’re fun, we’re active, and we’re social.

College Park consists of two enclaves: Harper’s Landing and Grogan’s Forest.   Harper’s Landing is the only enclave of The Woodlands east of I-45.  Grogan’s Forest is nestled off Research Forest, just past Shenandoah. 

Look for Harper’s Landing at I-45 and Hwy. 242 (College Park Drive); Grogan’s Forest at Research and Grogan’s Mill Dr.
